I can not remove ninja backplate from the motherboard because of the padding
it's completely glued to the motherboard and there is no way I can think of removing the backplate without damage the motherboard.

As for the back-plate issue you are experiencing, you can try to use a hair dryer to remove the back-plate from the motherboard.  Once the adhesive portion of the back-plate is warmed up, you can gently pull off the back-plate from the motherboard.  While performing this step, please be careful not to damage the motherboard or avoid excessive heat from the hair dryer as it could damage the motherboard.
